Citrus is a go-to for many a gin distiller when it comes to garnish; given this popularity, why not add more to the gin? This was the challenge set for Tom & Alex at East London Liquor Company; the result: Triple Citrus Gin. In this gin‚¬€ž¢s botanical mix are old favourites such as fresh lime and fresh orange, but also the more unusual miyagawa, a type of Japanese satsuma. This zesty trio are accompanied by crisp and leafy notes of Douglas fir and the peppered spice of cubeb berries.

Tasting notes:

Nose: A fruit basket of citrus - bold and zesty.

Taste: Marmalade with a little creamy butteriness, reminiscent of a morning slice of toast.

Finish: Mellow with a biscuity element and long-lasting, citrus zing.
