Description

This is 5th Gins' base gin, a very pure London Dry Gin, with which they make the whole of the 5th range. Ideal for those seeking a neutral but multipurpose dry gin.

Tasting notes: Transparent with a silver trim, a subtle scent of juniper, soft and neutral flavour with a hint of sourness.

Perfect serve: Finely chop the lime peel and add a couple of juniper berries. Serve 5cl of 5th Air in a balloon glass and complete with Fever-Tree Premium Tonic Water and plenty of ice.

Pairing: Makis, Sashimi, shellfish, seafood stew.
