Bloom Passionfruit & Vanilla Blossom Gin

For their Passionfruit & Vanilla Blossom gin, Bloom have created a gin which perfectly blends both fruit and floral flavours. This ensures a gin which is light, and delightfully fragrant. They combine the zesty citrus notes from passionfruit with a creamy character found in the vanilla blossom. These blend to create a tropical twist on a traditional London Dry gin.
The result is a gin with a deliciously sweet aroma full of citrus notes, and a delicate floral tone. On the palate the exotic flavours come through further, with the zingy passionfruit. This develops further into more creaminess of the vanilla, which also lends a delicate, and subtle sweetness.

Perfect Serve
We find this delicious served in a Passionfruit gin & tonic. Take a large copa glass and fill with ice. Add 50ml of the gin, and gently pour over 200ml of your favourite (neutral) tonic. We like it with Fentimans Indian Tonic water. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
