Boë Apple & Lime Gin 70cl
Filled with crisp, zesty fruit flavours, this is a perfect gin for creating a deliciously refreshing drink!
Description
Boë Apple & Lime Gin
Franz de la Boë, a world reknowned Professor, infused a clear grain alcohol with hand picked juniper (he was searching for a medicinal tonic). Instead of the tonic, in 1658 he created the world's first Gin (or so it is said!) The ethos behind Boë is producing gins with perfect flavour, and character which will be remembered. They do this in keeping with the pioneering spirit of Franz de la Boë - keeping his name, and spirit alive!
Created in small batches, Boë's Apple & Lime Gin uses their award winning Boë Scottish Gin and expertly infuses it with zesty citrus notes joined with fruity apple.
The result is a gin which is full of crisp, refreshing citrus and fruit flavours, with an eye-catching burst of colour. The zesty, vibrant citrus notes of lime peel are joined by peppery juniper. These are perfectly balanced with the zingy green apple and a delicate herbal undertone.

Perfect Serve
This is a perfect gin if you want to create a vibrant, eye catching gin & tonic (or lemonade). Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen mixer (We like Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water), and stir gently. Garnish with a think slice of green apple and some lime zest.
For those of you who enjoy a cocktail, try this as the gin component of a Martini for a uniquely delicious cocktail variant.
