Brewdog Seven Day Vodka
Perhaps best known for their world class beers, Brewdog also have an acclaimed range of spirits (Gin, Rum and Vodka).
Now they have re-launched their Vodka, and this time it comes in a pack.... With four different Vodka's there is sure to be one for you!
As with everything they do, Brewdog re-looked at the process. They wanted to ensure as pure a vodka as possible, and to do this they developed their 'Triple bubble copper pot still'.
Using this still they distill for four days (from a base of wheat and barley). The resulting crystal clear spirit vapour then ascends the purification column (so high that they had to build the roof around it!).
The resulting vodka is crisp and clean. Whilst this is unflavoured, it retains some of that found in the initial raw materials, with subtle notes of vanilla and vodka.
Good to know: Being Scotland’s first carbon negative distillery means Brewdog remove twice as much carbon from the air as they emit. Their carbon is (they believe) their problem so they ensure they fix it themselves.

Perfect Serve
Delicious enjoyed straight from the freezer as a shot. However, as a high quality 'clean' vodka, this works exceptionally well in cocktails.
Or how about a classic? Take 50ml of the vodka and pour into a tall glass with ice. Gently pour over 200ml of your favourite tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
