Cane Island Venezuela is a single estate rum from the Distillería Sofa. Aged for 8 years in former bourbon barrels, this copper brown rum has a pleasant and gentle character. The combination of the sweetness from molasses, oak and vanilla makes for a rich and soft mouthfeel and a long finish.
