Captain Morgan Dark Rum
Whilst the original 'Captain Morgan' (a Welsh privateer, Sir Henry Morgan, who worked in the Caribbean) may not have made rum, his namesake is now known the world over.
A rich, sumptuously smooth rum, Captain Morgan's Dark Rum has the heritage of Jamaican rums at its heart. This is a rum which is aged in oak barrels, and then blended (the blend of rums is a carefully guarded secret).
This whole process ensures its distinct oakiness, with an rich, and intensely deep taste.

Perfect Serve
Delicious served with lemonade, cola or a ginger mixer of your choice.
We particularly like this one mixed with Fentimans Ginger Ale in a Captain's Stormy. Take a large galss / tankard filled with ice and add 50ml of the Dark Rum. Fill the glss up with Ginger Ale (around 150ml or so) and stir gently. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
