With their non-alcoholic version, Copperhead like to think that they have made the impossible, possible.
As with the original gin, the process behind creating the non-acloholic version is the same. Steeping the botanicals which give the trademark Copperhead taste. After a unique fermentation process, they add additional extracts to ensure the flavours give the right taste.
This entire process, developed specifically for this, ensures there is a complex, surprising (yet delicious) sensation in the mouth.
This mixture is then distilled, still utilising copper pot / column stills. Finally, they blend using spring water and final distillates.
The result, according to Copperhead, is "an alcohol-free elixir of life". It keeps the herbal infusions which ensure it keeps within the Copperhead family. Just this time, without alcohol. Juniper, coriander seeds, angelica, cardamom, and orange peel all blend perfectly to create a delicious drink, for when alcohol isn't wanted or desired.

Perfect Serve
For a citrus, non-alcoholic twist on your usual gin and tonic, try Copperhead's Sober Songbird.
Fill a large glass with ice and pour in 60ml Copperhead Non-Alcoholic, 20ml Lime Juice. 20ml Sugar Syrup and lastly 60cl Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water. Stir gently, and garnish with a sprig of Thyme.
