Edinburgh Gin Distillers' Cut Gin
With their Distiller's Cut edition, Edinburgh Gin have taken their award-winning Classic gin and given it an exquisite twist. A small batch gin, this is bursting with flavours, and they utilise botanicals from 11 different countries.
This is a deliciously refreshing gin with fresh, zesty citrus notes from Valencian orange peel, combined with floral lavender notes and just a hint of soft spice.

Perfect Serve
A really versatile gin, this works really well in a Negroni or Martini. However we really liked this as a refreshing gin & tonic. Both Fentimans Indian Tonic Water, or their Valencian Orange Tonic (which really enhances the citrus flavours in the gin) work well with this gin.
In a large glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour in 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic, and garnish with a slice of orange.
