Commonly found throughout many Scottish kitchen gardens, with its intense flavour rhubarb is an ideal ingredient for a sweet gin liqueur.
Taking the fresh rhubarb, Edinburgh Gin add ginger and infuse this delicious mix with their award-winning classic Edinburgh Gin. The steeping process of the rhubarb and spice is allowed to continue for four weeks, which really allows the complex flavours to come together.
This attention to detail ensures an aroma which is sweet, highly perfumed, and full of rhubarb. On the palatte this has a distinct and bright sweetness which is countered by a sharp tang from the rhubarb and a pop of citrus. The finish is lingering with a warmth from the ginger.

Delicious served simply over ice or in the mix with ginger ale, garnished with ginger and a lime twist (25ml of the liquer to 100ml of ginger ale works perfectly).
If you like bubbles then it's the perfect addition to dry Prosecco. Add 25ml of the liquer into a chilled flute glass and top up with the Prosecco (around 100ml).
