Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
Following the launch of their classic gin in 2010, Edinburgh gin have continued to create perfectly blended drinks using their original gin as the base. They still keep their heritage at the fore, with their gins being made in their West End and Leith distilleries in Edinburgh (Scotland, UK).
This is a full-strength, and less sweet expression of their much-loved Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
Taking their base classic gin, they post-infuse combining natural ingredients, rhubarb and ginger to create this deliciously spicy gin.
Juniper-forward, this gin is full of natural flavours. There is a definite aroma of rhubarb which is complemented by spiciness. This leads to a smooth, full and well rounded finish.
For a refreshing twist on a classic gin tonic, try with Fentimans Oriental Yuzu Tonic Water. In a large glass fileld with ice, add 50ml of gin to 150ml of the tonic. Garnish with a small stick (or a peel or two) of Rhubarb.
Alternatively to kick up the ginger flavours, this also works exceptionally well with Fentimans Ginger Ale. Replace the tonic in the above with the ginger ale for a refreshing, yet warming drink.
