Did you know.... The Elderflower grows in a variety of conditions but mainly in sunny locations. The berries are used to make jams and chutneys. The flowerheads are often used as flavouring infusions for soft drinks, wines and liqueurs.
New Recipe: Fentimans drinks are made in the UK and to comply with new rules of products with high sugar / high fat, the recipe for their Gently Sparkling Elderflower drink has been updated. As Fentimans believe in using only natural ingredients, they have reduced the sugar level and have introduced Stevia, a natural sweetener that comes from plant leaves. The new recipe is delicious, but you may notice a taste difference.
