Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
It started in 2003 with one simple premise.... Fever-Tree felt that "If three quarters of your G&T is the tonic, wouldn't you want it to be the best?"
The growth in premium, and artisan spirits meant that people were paying good money for great spirits, but the tonic wasn't worthy..... Fever-Tree was born. Their mission is to bring "quality, flavour, and choice" to the world of mixers.

This Soda Water is Fever-Tree's simplest product. They use natural spring water (with a low mineral content) and then carbonate it with a high level of carbonation with lots of very fine bubbles (a higher than usual level of carbonation), they then add just the right amount of bicarbonate of soda, which is used to add a minerality that enhances naturally occuring flavours in the premium spirits it's paired with. And that's it.... simple, but very effective!
