Franklin and Sons Ltd Brewed Ginger Beer is full of flavour and provides warmth on the palate, without being overly sweet. Sparkling water is blended with malted barley, ginger root and a squeeze of lemon. It’s the perfect mixer for aged and dark rums, as the ginger elevates the warmth of the spirit.

As ginger beer is perfect for rum, the must have drink for cocktail lovers has to be a Dark ‘n Stormy. Add 50ml of dark rum (we love Captain Morgan Dark Rum) into a tall glass with ice and 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice. Top up with Ginger Beer, 150-200ml and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of lime.
