Description

Gin Sul is a Hamburg gin with Portuguese roots - a high percentage declaration of love to the small country on the edge of Europe. Simple, but fresh and best botanicals, a loving distillation in very small batches and fine, Mediterranean citrus notes characterise Gin Sul.

In addition to the fresh lemons from the Algarve, the aroma of the lacquer cistus (Cistus ladanifer) characterises the taste of Gin Sul. The plant grows on the barren soils of the cliffs on the Costa Vicentina - mostly next to lush juniper bushes.

Gin Sul is distilled on a copper 100 l distillate distillery plant with a centrally located fine firing column. With a lot of passion, patience, the best ingredients and in very fine, small distillation processes, a unique gin is created.
