This Japanese inspired, Scottich Shochu has the 'Spirit of the Dog'
Shochu is a spirit that is typically made in Japan and from a wide range of base ingredients such as wheat, rice and potato. Brewdog have created their own version of Shochu (with a Scottish twist) by using malted wheat, barley, rice and molasses. Scottish rhubarb, galangal root and ginger are distilled individually in the base spirit and then combined together ready to be enjoyed.
The initial taste is of rhubarb and spicy ginger, leading to silky caramel and onto a citrus finish.

Enjoy by simply sipping neat or over ice. If you prefer a longer drink, add Fever-Tree Soda Water a wedge of lime and a slice of fresh ginger.
