Jim Beam Honey
First created in 1795, seven generations of the Beam family have now been crafting their Bourbon.
Keeping their family values within which they were founded, they age their Bourbon twice as long as the law requires, imparting a special flavour. It's this dedication to quality that has made Jim Beam the world's number 1 Bourbon.
To create their Honey edition, Jim Beam combined real honey liqueur and their award-winning Jim Beam Bourbon.
The result is a delicious smooth and honeyed drink - sweet, but not overly so. It's aroma is full of the classic vanilla and caramel typical in a bourbon, but with notes of the honey coming through. The palate has a delightful Bourbon kick, but coats the mouth well with a honeyed syrup feel. It finishes full on flavour explosion, resulting in the honey and caramel remaining.

Perfect Serve
This works really well when served over plenty of ice and sipped slowly. For a longer drink, try mixing 50ml of the Jim Beam Honey with 100 - 150ml of Ginger Ale (we like it with Franklin & Sons, but pick your own favourite). Use lots of ice, and this is a really refreshing sweet treat!
