Johnnie Walker Double Black Whisky
With their Double Black edition, Johnnie Walker has created a darker, smokier interpretation of their iconic Johnnie Walker Black Label.
For this edition, their Master Blender (Jim Beveridge) along with his team of whisky-makers carefully selected mature and naturally smoky single malt whiskies. Whiskies from the west coast of Scotland, which were chosen for their naturally smoky flavor and aged in charred barrels, come together in a full-bodied blend.
Whilst inspired by the Iconic Black Label whisky, this is a whisky which stands up in its own right. It's a full-bodies mix, with a delicious smokey intenstity, and multiple layers of spice.
This whisky gives a deep and delicious explosion of flavours. Velvety rich and fruity to start, combined with creamy vanilla and sweet aroma notes of clove. It ends long, warm and with a wonderfully deep smoky finish.
