Le Gin de Christian Drouin - Carmina
With the expertise of a family of craft distillers behind it, Le Gin promised a gin for connoisseurs, and with its multiple awards, it certainly delivered.
Made with the same principles behind their original Le Gin, their new Limited Edition Carmina blend is dedicated to red fruits. It contains a delicious summery bouquet, which is pleasing all year round.
Combining a number of different fruits and flowers they blend these with juniper and cider apple varieties which Normandy is renowned for. They have used raspberry, blackcurrant, elderflower, vanilla, lemon and orange.
Whilst retaining the same style of their bottle, it has a carmine red colour, which hints at the aromas and flavours to be found within.

Perfect Serve
The distinct, and delicious flavours to be found in this gin allow it to easily be savoured and enjoyed neat. However, for a longer drink, it works equally well with a neutral tonic like The Artisan Drinks Co's Classic London Tonic. 50ml of the gin to 150ml of the tonic works perfectly, along with lots of ice and a slice of lemon and raspberry to garnish.
