Lójhtu Gin
The Tornio distillery is located right at the top of the Gulf of Bothnia, on the border with Sweden. It is due to this location, in Lapland, that the "magic can happen".
The secret behind this gin is the use of the Lapland water, the Finnish herbs and berries, and also being distilled under the magical Northern Lights.
It has a dry, smooth flavour, with soft notes of lingonberry, juniper and citrus. These are balanced out perfectly with delicate green herbal notes. Overall this gives something of a "classic" gin experience, but definitely one with a refined and delicious difference to it.

Perfect Serve
Fill a large glass with ice, and add 50ml of gin. Gently pour over 150ml of a Dry Tonic Water (we like Three Cents Dry Tonic for this), and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and lingonberries (redcurrants or cranberries can be substituted).
