The Bellini cocktail was originally invented sometime between 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani who was the founder of the famous Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. It consists of Prosecco, and purée or nectar typically served in a tall champagne flute.
However Martini have now made things nice and simple. By creating their Martini Bellini they have taken all of the work away, leaving a delicious cocktail ready to drink. Just chill and serve.
