Martini Bianco Vermouth

Martini makes some of the best known Vermouth's, and with their Bianco they have created a sweet floral vermouth.

With a sweet vanilla flower flavour at it's heart, it is often referred to as the 'Bianchissimo' (the whitest). With it's blend of fine Italian white wine, herbs and sweet botanicals it makes a delicious aromatic drink.

This is a silky smooth vermouth with a pale hay colour. It has a delicately spice palette, hints of citrus and and a very long sweet vanilla aftertaste. Simple, and delicious - this is well known and loved for a reason!

Perfect Serve

With its slightly lower alcohol content, when mixed as a Bianco & Tonic it makes a light, refreshing and cool long drink to enjoy in the early evening.

Softening the sweet vanilla notes, the ice-cold tonic water helps create a drink which is crisp and clean. To create, mix (in equal measures) in a large copa glass filled with ice the bianco and a neutral tonic (such as Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water). Garnish with a slice of lime to enliven and freshen the drink.
