Mermaid Salt Vodka
Presented in a stunning "fish-scale" like bottle with a cork stopper, this vodka is hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight (a small island off the south coast of the UK).
The Isle of Wight Distillery uses grain to distill the base alcohol, using a column still. Taking inspiration from their maritime location, in their Salt Vodka, Mermaid have added a pinch of locally sourced sea salt (as the name would suggest!). They then use local spring water to blend the drink to a 40% abv.
Salt being a flavour enhancer when used in moderation, this ensures a subtle addition to the flavour, and enhances the smoothness. It evokes the sea air, and gives a hint of the ocean on your lips.
Did you know? The Isle of Wight Distillery care about the environment. In 2019, they completely removed plastic from their bottles. In 2021 they switched to only using 100% renewable energy suppliers at the distillery and in 2022 they achieved B Corp Certification - meeting rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Perfect Serve
