Did you know? The butterfly peaflower (forget-me-not) is the chameleon of the botanical world. The flower reacts naturally with changes in PH levels which means that when you add tonic, the gin will subtly change from blue to pink due to the light acidity in the tonic.
Perfect Serve
This gin pairs perfectly with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water. Pour 50 ml of the gin, and then add 150ml of the tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
