Pickering's Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
With their Strawberry and black pepper gin, Pickering's have create a gin which is decadently sweet, and delightfully fresh.
Made with only natural ingredients, this is a lightly pink gin, and whilst sweet, it has no added sugars, taking these only from the fruit. It's definitely a fruity treat for adults.
On the nose this gin gives a definite and unmistakable berry note, which carries through onto the palate with a vibrant strawberry taste. The finish gives a kick of black pepper which reawakens the palate.
Perfect Serve
This gin pairs perfectly with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water. Pour 50 ml of the gin, and then add 150ml of the tonic. Garnish with a few freshly sliced strawberries and a peppercorn or two.
