We like a local story and The Rummieclub is perfect as the distillery is based here in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam. A mix of true craftsmanship and fun vibes, the Rummieclub is Judith and Martijn. From making the rum, to bottling and putting on the labels, it's all done by them. Not only rum, they also make delicious rum based drinks and the Rummieclub Rum Coffee Liqueur is one of them. They use Gosling Coffee beans, which are locally roasted, sustainable coffee beans, direct from the farmers in Uganda. Macerated in Rummieclub rum, they add a hint of orange and cinnamon to create a perfectly balanced coffee liqueur.

This liqueur makes a great after dinner drink, served neat, with or without a cup of coffee.
For the cocktail lovers, it is perfect for an rum espresso martini - fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 25ml each of Rummieclub Colourful White Rum, Rummieclub Rum Coffee Liqueur, sugar syrup and freshly made espresso. Shake well, until cold and strain into a cocktail glass. Add 3 coffee beans to garnish (representing health, wealth and happiness) and enjoy.
