Distilled amongst the English Surrey Hills in the Duke of Northumberland's Albury Estate, Silent Pool is classic gin at heart.

It is full bodied, fresh with depth, clarity and flavour. It is a rich and clean juniper-driven spirit, which is produced using 24 botanicals and the cool, clear spring-water from the Silent Pool itself.

The delicate flavours of lavender and chamomile combine with fresh citrus notes and  a velvety local honey, to create a well-balanced gin that is both traditional and refreshingly individual in nature.

Perfect Serve

This is best served with a generous handful of ice, 150ml of Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic, 50ml of gin and a twist of orange peel to garnish.

Alternatively, try with London Essence Bitter Orange and Elderflower, garnished with a sprig of rosemary which will give the drink a real summery feeling, whatever the time of year!
