What is the difference between skinny and regular mixers?
Light versions of mixers will contain less sugar and therefore less calories than their regular versions. To maintain their flavour profile, they may contain sweeteners (natural or artificial).
How do I use mixers in cocktails?
For a mixed drink, like a G&T or a Mojito, the mixer will enhance the flavours and give you a longer, refreshing drink to enjoy. A splash of soda water in a cocktail, like an Aperol or Limoncello Spritz will balance the spirits and add extra effervescence.
Why do mixers have a best before date.
The best before date is the manufacturers estimation of up until when the product will be at it's best quality. You can still enjoy the drink after this date, but you may notice changes to the taste and carbonation. We do not recommend that you drink any products if the seal has been broken or if there is rust on the caps.
How do I store tonic water and soda water.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator with the lid sealed to retain its fizz.
