The Stillery's Most Floral Gin
Located in Amsterdam, the Stillery has been producing an award winning drink since 2018 with their Most Floral Gin.
Starting with a neutral wheat alcohol they use only organic and locally sourced ingredients. They have chosen flowers and botanicals grown locally to Amsterdam. From the roots of rhubarb and angelica, to the flowers of the daisy, the purple mallow and the common poppy, they have added jasmine and even rosehip.
In total 18 botanicals are used in the creation of this contemporary gin. The aroma is delicate and floral with defined hints of jasmine. On the palate, these flavours continue. Whilst the juniper is present, its really the floral notes which are the start of the show - as the name would suggest. The floral notes from the jasmine and rosehip are what really shine through in this gin though.

Perfect Serve
For a deliciously floral and refreshing gin & tonic, we suggest mixing with Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water. Pour 50ml of the gin into a large glass filled with ice. Pour over 150 - 200ml of the tonic, and garnish with a thin slice of pear.
