We love a new Gin, and you can't get much newer than Vovis Dry Gin. Launched in 2022, this delicious gin has already been awarded the title of the Best Contemporary Gin from the Netherlands by the World Gin Awards 2022. To make the award more special, it's made in small batches by Judith and Martijn, our friends at the Rummieclub distillery, in Diemen, just outside Amsterdam.
Although made in the Netherlands, the other home of Vovis Dry Gin are the Maltese Islands. This is where 2 friends with a mutual interest in making gin started a mission to create a premium dry gin with a Mediterranean influence. As with any great classic gin, Vovis is juniper and citrus forward, balanced perfectly to create a smooth and refreshing spirit.
And the name.....VOVIS is Latin for vow, and VOVIS’s vow is to bring you a gin which is pleasurable, smooth and easy to drink. It certainly does that.
If life allows you time to have a drink, make sure it’s a good one.
Perfect Serve
Vovis Dry Gin can be enjoyed neat, in a cocktail or with a premium tonic water in a refreshing G&T. Fill a copa (or your favourite glass) with ice and pour in 50ml Vovis Dry Gin. Add 150ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water and garnish with orange peel and a few juniper berries. Enjoy!
