Wildjac Honey Spiced Rum
Based in the Wyre Forest, to the South West of Birmingham in the UK, Wildjac strive to produce a range of sustainable and eco-friendly premium botanical spirits. To this end, they hand-craft their drinks using only 100% natural ingredients which (where possible) they source locally.
Their honey spiced rum is a blend of barrel aged rums from Barbados and South America. It's made using only sustainable sugar cane, from sugar cane plantations in the sub-tropical climate and fields of Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Honduras. These create a high yield, super sweet sugar cane, perfect for making rum.
They distil using traditional methods, mainly in column stills and age it solely in ex-Bourbon oak barrels. They infuse it with Worcestershire honey and english coriander, to give it the Wildjac edge.
This gives a smooth, honey spiced aroma which evolves into a ginger, orange and vanilla finish. Spicy coriander, nutmeg and a hint of oak underpin this full bodied rum.

Perfect Serve
Perfect served over ice or with your favourite mixer. We particularly like this with The Artisan Co's barrel smoked Cola. In a large glass add 50ml of the rum over a few ice cubes. Gently pour over 150ml of the cola and stir gently.
