Willem's Wermoed Pink
In creating the first Dutch Vermouth, the creators took inspiration from Amsterdam's Hortus Botanicus. This medicinal garden is one of the oldest in the world, and has a collection of thousands of herbs and indigenous plants. It was these that inspired their signature bittersweet blend.
The name Willem? This was inspired by the great explorers who shaped the Dutch Golden Age of the 17th century. And then Wemoed is simply the Dutch for Wormwood, one of the key botanicals that gives vermouth its characteristic bittersweet taste.
For their Pink version, Willem's have created a vermouth which is fresh and fruity. It utilises a blend of fruit driven SPanish wine, fresh raspberry, tangy rhubarb, rich vanilla and enticing aromatic chai spices in it's creation.
This is truly versatile modern vermouth, which has been tailored to appeal to everyone, every occasion and every time of the year.

Delicious enjoyed on its own with ice, or mixed with lemonade or tonic (try with Fentimans Rose Lemonade, or their Connoisseurs Tonic).
For a Pink Willem Spritz, mix 50ml of the vermouth with 100ml of tonic water. Stir gently and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
