Zealot's Heart Handmade Gin
A proprietary gin, made from scratch in Brewdog's unique triple-bubble still, in which the extreme copper contact delivers uncompromising character and flavour. Brewdog are fanatical about the botanicals and only the worthy are selected - a combination of 17 citrus fruits, spices, berries and florals. But ultimately, it's in juniper they trust. The beating heart of a gin made by zealots, for zealots.
The flavour is earthy but also clean and with a little sweet spice to keep it interesting. The juniper is punchy (for the Ginny Gin drinkers) with just enough citrus and a light floral at the finish.

Perfect Serve
To really enjoy the juniper taste, mix with Thomas Henry Tonic Water. The mild yet powerful tonic has a relatively high quinine contnet and with a light hint of citrus, it's perfect for your G&T.
