If you're a fan of exciting floral flavours, and a balanced citrus note then this is definitely a gin you need to try. A celebration of springtime in Cornwall (UK), where the appearance of the flowers along the coast denotes the return of sunshine and lazy days at the beach.
This gin is distilled with rose, fresh zesty lemons and then delicately infused with hibiscus petals giving an aromatic sensation and a delicate pink hue.
This is really floral on the nose, with hibiscus in particular. On the palette this is vibrant and fresh with zesty citrus, aromatic juniper and perfectly light floral notes. Theres also a very subtle sweet fruitiness to it. The finish is soft and zesty.
NB...The colours may change over time, due to the natural colouring of the gin (this won't affect the taste). To ensure longetivity, store in a cool dark place.

Perfect Serve
Best enjoyed as a long drink, in the mix with tonic. Take a large glass, and fill with ice. Pour over 50ml of the gin, and then gently add 150 - 200ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. Stir gently, and garnish with a sliced fresh strawberry.
