Texelse TX Jonge Genever
Whilst keeping with the traditions behind genever, Stokerij TX (TX distillery) have ensured its the locality that makes their young genever something different and special.
The malt wine that is used in the creation of the genever comes from Texel grain. In addition to the spicy aroma, there is also a slightly sweetened malty taste which comes from this.
They then use two additional botanicals, to truly make this special. Angelica gives a refreshing sweet tasting accent, whilst St John's Wort adds its own note (and is known for many beneficial health benefits too...)
