Volsted Goldcrest Gin
Typically citrus gin's can be quite overpowering on the citrus flavours, so with their Goldcrest Gin, Volsted have toned down the citrus element.
This has complex and refined notes of citrus which come from orange peel, lemon zest and also lemon verbena. This herbal element, which has a citrus flavour helps mellow the citrus and compliments perfectly with the pine notes in juniper.
This is a very refined gin, which has delicious citrus aromas - and a delicate citrus palate.
Fun Fact: All the Volsted drinks are names after birds which can be found around the Distillery in the north of Denmark.

Perfect Serve
We recommend a Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic with this gin, as the flavours compliment each other perfectly. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Slowly add 150 - 200ml of the tonic, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
