Volsted Red Kite Gin
Having a distinctive red colour, the Red Kite gin from Volsted is a great hint as to the flavour you'll find in the bottle.
Taking their premium gin as a base - rich in juniper and elderflower, Volsted have infused it with a deliciously sweet and fruity strawberry syrup. It's this syrup that gives this gin it's delightful red colour.
An absolute treat, this gin was made to enjoy on long summer evenings - or perhaps for when you want that feeling. As can be expected, both the aroma and flavour of this gin is full of ripened strawberries, as well as a hint of the juniper and elderflowers.
Fun Fact: All the Volsted drinks are names after birds which can be found around the Distillery in the north of Denmark.

Perfect Serve
As this is already a sweet gin, we would recommend a neutral Indian Tonic such as Fever-Tree - which helps counter and balance its sweetness. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Slowly add 150 - 200ml of the tonic, and garnish with a few slices of strawberry.
