This gin evokes flavours of a quintissential English Hedgerow, and merges botanicals perfectly to achieve this.
It has a deliciously smooth flavour, which at its core has the typical piney juniper flavour. This merges with zesty sweet citrus notes to really bring the gin to life. Hints of black pepper excite the tastebuds, but don't overpower the drink. Finishing off, there is a warmth and almost earthiness from the blackberries but also a slight spiciness from cassia.
To create his delicious drink, to the juniper Whitley Neill expertly blend coriander seed, cassia bark, orris and angelica roots, liquorice, sweet orange, lemon and of course the namesake, blackberry.
Perfect Serve
Serve in a large glass filled with ice, add 50ml of gin, and gently pour in 150ml of Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic. Garnish with a handful of fresh blackberries.
