Luscious vibrant raspberries which are found in Scotland are balanced with the juniper notes of a classic gin. With this gin there is a delicate sweetness which completes this delicious Raspberry Gin.
It has an initial and distinct juniper flavour to the gin along with coriander and liquorice. This soon develops into a bright, fresh vibrant taste of the Scottish raspberries. It's a perfectly balanced Gin with a delicate, fruity taste and a lasting citrus, raspberry flavour.

Perfect Serve
This is an incredibly versatile variant of Whitley Neill, and can be deliciously paired with tonic or other mixers as well as being a perfect component to contemporary cocktails.
In particular, we like this with both Rose Lemonade (which ensures no bitterness from the quinine in tonic, or with Fever-Tree Elderflower for a more classic gin and tonic.
Either way, fill a large glass with ice, and pour in 50ml of the gin. Top up with 150 - 200ml of your chosen mixer, and finish the drink off to perfection with a few fresh raspberries and a mint leaf.
