Bloom Jasmine & Rose Gin
Creating products that aren't fake, and that contain natural style is the ethos behind the Bloom range. They distil in a traditional copper pot stil, and use fresh spring water.
For their Jasmine & Rose gin, Bloom have created a pink gin using only natural botanicals. They have infused their London Dry gin with real rose petals and jasmine flowers. This gives an elegant and sophisticated drink, which bursts with floral and earth flavours. Other pink gins often use added sugars and artificial colours and flavours. Not with Bloom!
The result is a gin with a distinctive aroma of jasmine flowers and rose petals, reminiscent of a summer country garden. The flavours are smooth and sophisticated, just a touch of sweetness and distinct floral notes. The finish is complex, and lingers on the tongue.

Perfect Serve
Best enjoyed over ice with a light tonic water, lemonade, or for a real burst of rose flavour try Fentimans Rose Lemonade. Take a large copa glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 200ml of your chosen mixer and stir gently. Garnish with a few fresh (or frozen) raspberries.
