And what is inside? With this gin, if you like a smooth gin with berry flavours, and the zing of citrus, you certainly won't be disappointed. 

Using the traditional notes of gin, they steep their unique recipe of botanicals in pure grain spirit until the natural oils and aromas are released. This ensures the flavours merge perfectly with the more traditional notes of gin.

Bulgarian coriander provides an aromatic, gingery orange top note. Joining with this are the soft and rounded harmonies of the berries - blueberry and blackberry. The Tuscan juniper provides a base note, supporting these. Finally, dry, bittersweet Valencian orange peels elongate the deeper tones and give an intensely smooth finish.... from which the name comes

Perfect Serve

As this really is a deliciously smooth gin, with defined, yet definitely not overpowering flavours, it is very easily enjoyed neat over ice. Utilising in gin cocktails adds a whole new flavour profile from the defined botanical, and smooth flavour.

However it's refreshingly different when served with tonic or ginger ale, with the bubbles helping to enhance the aromatics in the gin - drawing them to the nose, and tantalising the tastebuds. We love this with Double Dutch Indian Tonic or Ginger Ale. In a large glass filled with ice cubes, add 50ml of gin. Gently (so as to keep the bubbles) pour over the tonic, or ginger ale. For a gin & tonic, garnish with grapefruit slice, and a few blueberries. For ginger ale, we suggest a few mint leaves and a thin slice of ginger
