Buss No. 509 Persian Peach Gin
With a delicate light orange peach colour, this gin is reminiscent of a summer sunset, and we find this is a perfect time to sit back and enjoy this gin.
Using their base spirit (which is 100% from grain), this gin contains juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon and of course peach
It has a fragrant aroma which is clean and fresh. A definite light peach note which is joined by green herbs, and a delicate floral touch
The flavour is delicate, fresh with classic gin flavours which are joined by vanilla and peach. Whilst it has a natural sweetness from the peaches used in its creation, there is no added sugar to this gin - so it's not overly sweet.
The finish is medium, and leaves the mouth refreshed.

Perfect Serve
The natural sweetness from the peaches is perfect in a cooling summer Gin & Tonic. We recommend Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic for this one, as it adds a little sweetness and builds on the floral notes in the gin. However, it will also work with their refreshingly light tonic for a less sweeter g&t.
In a large copa glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the gin and then top up with 150 of tonic. Stir gently and garnish with some peach balls and a sprig of mint.
