Buss No. 509 Belgian Apple Gin
With their Belgian Apple Gin, Buss Spirits have created a crisp and delicious apple flavour accented with notes of smooth wood. This is as a result of the short ageing process on Calvados barrels.
The botanicals in this gin are juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon, and of course Belgian apple
The infusion of the Belgian Apples gives this gin a natural sun exposed apple colour. The flavours from the botanicals merge perfectly, resulting in a complex sweet and sour profile. The apple, and even hints of calvados come through from the aging process.

Perfect Serve
Two options for enjoying this gin. For a delicious spice accent, mix with Fentimans ginger ale. Or for a more refreshing summer drink, try with Fentimans Indian Tonic.
With either option, take a large glass and fill with ice. Pour in 50ml of the gin, and top up with 150ml of your chosen mixer. Stir gently, and garnish with a thin slice of apple.
