DelRey Tangerine Saffron Gin
Starting with a quality gin, Del Rey have added a taken this gin in a whole new direction by combining tangerines and the finest Indian saffron.
What makes this particularly unique is that fresh tangerines are used when making this, not preserved or dehydrated. This ensures the taste of citrus is really present in the gin. Definitely one to try for all the citrus lovers out there. It also means it pairs particularly well both with other citrus, but also ginger.
The flavours used in creating this gin result in an exciting interplay between the sweet tangerine and the depth of flavour found in saffron. When combined with fresh juniper berries it provides a deliciously unique taste experience.

Perfect Serve
This is a particularly versatile gin, and works well with a number of tonic combinations.
Two of our favourites are with either Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic, or Ginger Ale. With both of these, add 50ml of gin to a large glass filled with plenty of ice cubes. Top up gently with 150ml of the tonic / ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of Orange, and star anise.
