Dingle Single Pot Still Fourth Release Whiskey
"Small. Artisan. Independent. Proud." - These are the 'truths' of Dingle distillery, and which they hold true to themselves.
Located in Country Kerry in the South-West of Ireland, the Dingle Distillery produces whiskey's that they believe to be a product of their environment. They use local well water, manually mash their barley, use wooden fermentation vessels and copper pot stills. The environment they are located in also ensures the maturation process creates a whiskey unlike any other.
Thgeir Fourth Pot Still release was bottled in 2020 and was limited to only 8000 bottles. With this release of Dingle brings a marriage of Bourbon (75%) and Oloroso casks (25%) together with an intense richness and a rush of spice.
Tones of dark fruits and figs are deliciously followed by dark chocolate and a sprinkling of roasted, chopped nuts. The chocolate gives way to returning spice of soft wood and leather notes which glide you into a long, memorable finish.

Perfect Serve
This is easily enjoyed straight from the bottle. Adding a cube of ice, or a splash of water can also allow other flavours to develop on the palate. However - drink however you enjoy!
