Klopman Doornroosje Gin
Doornroosje (sleeping beauty) is an old Dutch folkname for the blackthorn berry, and now - also a gin from Stokerij Klopman.
This is a deliciously clear blackthorn flavoured gin with sweet anise, coconut and vanilla notes. As it's a Klopman gin, it also keeps their "signature" botanical of Nepalese Timut Pepper.

Perfect Serve
We have two recommendations for this gin, depending on your mood!
For a more warming drink, try 50ml of Doornroosje Gin with 150ml of Fentimans Ginger Ale. Garnish with a slice of green apple, and some (timut) peppercorns.
For something a little more refreshing, replace the Ginger Ale with Three Cents Dry Tonic Water. The light flavouring from the tonic enhances the botanicals in the gin.
