Kyrö Pink Gin 50cl
What could pink gin be, if it was made for everyone? This was what Kyrö asked themselves when they set out to create their newest gin.
This is a playful take on their Kyrö gin. It's a traditionally made small batch gin, which is infused with foraged lingonberries, strawberries, and rhubarb. This, they say, is the "best of Finnish forests and gardens".
The result is a slightly sweetened taste, which is smooth and has berry notes merging with the juniper. It's still gin, but with a little "pink" extra.
It's good to note that the pink colour comes from the strawberries and rhubarb, nothing artificial added. So this can fade over time. But his doesnt impact, or affect the taste or quality at all!
Perfect Serve
For a bittersweet Gin and soda, in a large glass filled with ice mix 50ml of the gin with 150ml of the Pink Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit.
Alternatively, replace the soda with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic for a classic gin and tonic.
