This delicious rum is part of the Plantation Rum Bar Classics, a collection of rums made in consultation with bartenders from across the world. Each of the tasty rums are perfect for making cocktails - and the bartenders should know!
Plantation 3 Stars White Rum pays tribute to the three primary terroirs of the Caribbean with this delicious blend taking the richness from Barbados, the finesse of Trinidad and the structure from Jamaica. The blend of Barbados rums are unaged, with a 2-3 year old unaged rum from Trinidad and just a touch of 10 year old rum from Jamaica.
On the nose there are delicate scents of brown sugar, honey and coffee beans, leading to notes that are reminiscent of baking: spices, cloves and vanilla.
On the palate the initial taste is biscuity, yet bittersweet and light bodied. Then comes the rounded flavours of dark chocolate, root beer and egg cream which lead to a grass, herbal finish.

Perfect Serve
Plantation 3 Stars White Rum is perfect for a Daquiri. Add 60ml rum to a cocktail shaker with ice and 20ml simple syrup and 30ml fresh lime juice. Give it a good shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
For a longer drink, how about a Daisy de Santiago. Add 50ml 3 Stars Rum to a cocktail shaker with ice and 10ml Yellow Chartreuse, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml simple syrup. Shake it up and pour into a tall glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy.
