Schodu Gin
Schodu Gin comes from the South-West of the Netherlands in Zeeland, and is made with local ingredients, sea buckthorn, rosehip, pine tips and pear along with the obligatory juniper.
These ingredients blend perfectly, with none of them overpowering the others. This results in a smooth (lightly spicy) and exceptionally delicious gin.
With it's fresh taste and aroma, it reminds of the seaside, firmly placing the gin where is comes from.

Perfect Serve
We love this in a classic gin tonic. Mix 50ml of the gin with 150ml of tonic (we like this with Lobsters Tonic Water). Garnish with a thin slice of pear, and some juniper berries.
For a refreshing citrus twist, try Lobsters Lemon Mint instead and garnish with a lemon wedge and juniper berries.
