Due to extreme pressure on the delivery networks, as with all internet shops there are some delays in deliveries reaching customers. Most of our deliveries are however still being delivered in 1 - 2 working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any delivery times. However, we are open for collections at our Almere address, but request customers follow all relevant Corona protocols during a personal collection.
Please ensure you enter your correct email, and mobile number during the ordering process. PostNL / DPD will keep you updated with regards your expected delivery times.
We continue to dispatch orders as follows:
DPD: Ordered before 2:30pm - dispatched same day
PostNL: Ordered before 4pm - dispatched same day
For orders received after these times, we will still attempt to dispatch the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders after these times will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. For orders that are placed before 4pm on week days, we always aim to send the same day. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We offer free delivery (by DPD) for orders over €200 - this will show in the checkout (you can of course still choose a chargeable delivery option).

Collect at PostNL Point
If ordered before 4pm on a weekday, delivery to the collection point will be the next day (Tue - Sat). You will be notified when the packet is ready for collection.

PostNL Evening Delivery

We offer an evening delivery service with PostNL where delivery is between 6pm and 10pm. If the order is placed before 4pm it will be delivered the evening of the next working day.

Currently in the EU we are only able to ship alcohol within the Netherlands. However, we will be looking to expand our reach as soon as we can. Check back, or sign up to our newsletter to keep informed. Should you wish to order Tonics / Non-Alcoholic products, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can discuss shipping options, as this will depend on the weight of the shipment which will need to be calculated based on what you would like to order.
Please note. Currently, the UK is included within EU regulations, and so we are unable to ship here. Check back in 2021 to see the latest update (we will update the site as soon as we get any further information).
If you would like us to ship outside the EU, we can arrange this, and we are adding additional countries day by day (Please see table below). If your country is not listed below, then please contact us at [email protected] so that we can enable your country sooner. Using this option, we will not charge Dutch VAT, but you will be responsible for any duty / tax upon importation into your country. (Please bear in mind some countries restrict the entry of alcohol).
NB. The website will show prices including Dutch VAT until checkout. It will then show the price based on country of shipment, as well as the shipping cost.
Please note that we are not able to ship to Middle Eastern Countries, the United States and Canada. (Within the United States there are severe restrictions on the importation of alcohol, more information for the US can be found on the NCSL site).
Worldwide Shipping Costs
Please note, the maximum we can ship in one package is 17kg, which is a restriction placed on us by our courier. If your package goes over 17kg, the shipping rate will show as €1000. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can look into this further for you.
